Special Terms of Service airZoon Hotspot Services
PURPOSE
Important
These Special Terms define the specific terms applicable to the "airZoon Hotspot
Services (Marketing Wi-Fi)" subscribed by the Client, in addition to the General
Terms of Sale, Service and Maintenance of BERCY CONSULTING & ASSOCIES.
Tiers define functional service levels.
They do not constitute a detailed technical description, a quantified performance guarantee, or a reference to a specific hardware model.
They prevail over the General Terms only for the specific provisions they contain.
Duration and billing
Services are provided on a subscription basis, according to the periodicity chosen by the Client:
Service definition
monthly subscription, or annual subscription.
airZoon Hotspot Services include the provision, operation and management of connectivity, marketing and network security services, enabling the Client to offer internet access to end users and to use that access for professional and marketing purposes.
Billing is carried out in accordance with the subscribed Tier, as indicated on the invoice issued by BERCY CONSULTING & ASSOCIES.
Services include in particular access management, user interaction, content distribution, information collection and usage security features, within the limits defined by the subscribed service level.
Acceptance and enforceability
Any subscription, order, invoicing or payment relating to airZoon Hotspot Services constitutes full and complete acceptance of:
- these Special Terms,
- the General Terms of Sale,
- the General Terms of Service,
- and the General Terms of Maintenance.
Service levels – Tiers
The provision of airZoon Hotspot Services requires the use of technical equipment made available or installed as part of the service.
The labels appearing on invoices refer to the service levels (Tiers) defined in these Special Terms.
The nature, characteristics and models of compatible or supplied equipment are described in a separate document entitled "Equipment Annex – airZoon Tiers".
Evolution of services
Tier 1
BERCY CONSULTING & ASSOCIES reserves the right to evolve the features, terms and components of the services included in each Tier, subject to maintaining an equivalent service level, without entitling the Client to any compensation.
Tier 1 corresponds to a standard service level providing access to airZoon Hotspot
Services.
It includes essential connectivity, access management and marketing service features, suited to common uses and environments with moderate footfall.
Tier 2
Tier 2 corresponds to an intermediate service level offering enhanced capacities and extended features of airZoon Hotspot Services.
It is suited to more intensive uses and environments requiring increased capacity and broader marketing capabilities.

Tier 3 corresponds to an advanced service level offering high capacities and premium features of airZoon Hotspot Services.
It is intended for high-traffic environments or intensive uses requiring superior overall performance and advanced marketing features.
